Bulmers Ltd., a C&C Group PLC owned business based in Ireland, markets an extensive portfolio of brands including Bulmers Original Cider, Findlater Fine Wines, and Carolans Irish Cream. Its warehouse facility in Clonmel, Ireland has approximately 2,000 different product lines it must manage efficiently.

The Challenge:
- Bulmers used a manual paper-based picking system at its warehouse facility
- Warehouse staff were having difficulties meeting order demands in a timely and accurate manner
- Stock rotation and batch traceability were also becoming difficult

- Electronic orders are converted to speech and warehouse workers are directed to proper picking locations over their headset
- Order pickers confirm with the central database that an order has been filled
- System updates the database to show the correct stock levels
