With instant creation of Return Material Authorization (RMA) and interactive tracking from start to finish, Psion Teklogix provides information at your fingertips. Teknet also offers access to a full service history, from help-desk calls to complete management of equipment in the field. Repair-In-A-Flash Incident Disk

When your equipment breaks down, you need a repair solution that works! Psion Teklogix is proud to offer an industry exclusive service solution, our Repair-in-a-Flash Incident Disk. This RFID-enabled disk allows you the most trouble-free repair possible – just create an RMA using Teknet, and toss your RFID Disk in the box. Once it is received, your disk alerts the Psion Teklogix depot using RFID technology, and your repair is on the fast track. These Disks, purchased as a compliment to your i-Serv plan, guarantee you same-day repairs, so that your device is back in your hands as quickly as possible.
